Night Beauty

I’ll be honest with you. This is a manipulated picture. I took this picture at Dhaka Comicon a few years ago. This girl, as you can see, was dressed as a fairy and was posing for the visitors like the rest of the people who were participating. I took the shot. It was an ordinary, underexposed shot. I threw the photo at the computer and then forgot about it.

In my effort to learn how to change the background of a picture, I pulled up this portrait and declared the photo “done” at this stage.

Pros will know right away that this is a manipulated photo. But I was pleasantly surprised at how many people in my Facebook and Flickr feed didn’t realize the truth. 😛
